The very first podcast episode of Joyful Creations Podcast is finally out!!

For this episode, I got together with two of my friends, Haven and Marie, to discuss friendship. Lots of thoughts and lots of laughs — I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did!

Today’s Question

Can you talk about friendships? I have so many friends that I have no BFF, no one who truly knows me and my hopes and my fears. I really, really want the kind of friendship so many books describe, but I don’t know how to get it. How can I become that close with my friends? How can I do that without excluding others? Do I actually need a super close friend like that?

You can find this episode on Spotify or on Anchor:)

Ep. 8: Contentment feat. Megan from Not So Perfect Joyful Creations

Today's Question "How can you stay content with where God has you in life now? It seems like I'm always looking ahead to the next big milestone, like driving, graduating, and dating." Are you happy where God has you?  Or are you living life just looking ahead to the next big milestone or event? If so, I can relate 1000%, and you'll love this short and sweet podcast episode. Today, I sat down with Megan from Not So Perfect to discuss contentment, staying in the present, and trusting God. She is such a sweet, insightful person, and I can't wait for you to hear her.  After our amazing Instagram Live interview on the love of God, I knew I wanted to have her on the podcast too, and I'm so excited to finally release the episode! 2. I really loved you girls’ thoughts on this topic!! 🤗 I especially liked what you said about having different friends who are there for you in different things, and at different times, because they’re good at/interested in different things … that really helps to comfort me, especially with some of my own friendships which have grown in different ways, and to know that its okay to be close with one friend in a different way than with another. Thanks so much, Rachel; I can’t wait to see what else you’ll be doing here! 😊💕

  3. Pretty wonderful podcast, Rachel.
The thing about BFF is that it depends on the person who is there in need. Only a few are lucky to have this gem of one BFF. I’ve 3-4 best friends & I can’t figure out who is the best among them & I don’t want to.
Gonna share your podcast on my Instagram. It’s awesome.
