Yep, you read that right! My little sister just started her very own blog. She is a talented poet and writer, and she is very excited to blog like her big sis:) I’m so excited for her!
The logo/header image was designed by yours truly (I’m actually pretty proud of it, but Canva did most of the work. XD), and my little sister, Bekah Belle, is already doing an amazing job filling up her blog with quality content. So with that, would you go visit her blog and show her some love?

Even if you don’t have an eating disorder, I’m sure you’ll find that her words on the topic of body image are extremely thoughtful, encouraging, and helpful. I know her blog will be beneficial if you have a friend struggling in this area as well. Caralyn also shares a wide variety of healthy, diet-specific recipes that look like fun!
