I know this is late, but I really want to tell you about it. This past Christmas season, I whipped up three batches of gingerbread dough and my mom made gingerbread houses from it. It was my job to finish up the leftover dough by making gingerbread men! I made around 200 cookies and had a lot of fun! But 1 and a half batches of dough took a long time to work through by myself!
