Whether you dunk them in hot chocolate or if you chomp on them as a snack, biscotti are so much fun. A few days ago I made them for the second time. I found the recipe in a cookbook called Desserts Around the World. I found almost the same exact recipe here. The only difference is I did not use confectioners sugar. They are so much easier to make than you think!
I also made meringues on Sunday. I’ve made them before, but this time it didn’t make much of a mess, and turned out pretty well! The only problem was that I accidentally burnt some of them when I put them back in the oven “real quick” to let them cook a little bit more. They had raw batter (if that’s what you would call it) in the middles, but I cooked them for too long when I tried to get rid of it. I still had some good ones left over though!
