I’m homeschooled, so I don’t do PE as part of my school day. I either have to join a sports team, do some exercise by myself, or do something active with my family. Today my mom, some of my siblings, and I went on a bike ride. We live in an area that has a LOT of bike trails, and so we used those trails today. Surprisingly, we rode 11.8 miles (that is good for us!) My seven-year-old sister rode that far too! We got a bike recently for my little brother that we can attach to my parents’ bike for my little brother. It is called Wee Ride Co-Pilot. His bike is neon green and it helps us because he can rest on the bike if he gets tired riding, and someone pulls him. We also can keep track of him easily when he is using it! We had an awesome bike ride while we passed a quarry, a post office, a canyon-sort-of area, and a few streets. It’s so much fun! What is your favorite way to exercise? P.S. The middle school here lets homeschoolers do sports with them, and my mom signed me up for track in spring! I am not an amazing runner, and I’m a bit nervous about it, but I am really excited too!!
