Recently, we celebrated my mom’s birthday and made tissue paper flowers as part of the decorations. Mine turned out to look more like bows but I think you could fix that problem by cutting the tissue paper in half and stacking more layers of it before folding. Let’s get started!
First, the supplies:
– Tissue Paper
– Scissors
– A Pipe Cleaner

Next, stack the tissue paper and cut the tissue paper so the sheets are about the same size.

Then, accordion fold the tissue paper. Pinch the middle.

Wrap the middle with the pipe cleaner and separate the different sheets of tissue paper by pulling them away from each other.
